Salary:                                  £21,000 – £22,000 pa* (incl. London Weighting) depending on experience

(*£21,000 paid for those with less experience; £22,000 paid for those with considerable skills and experience

in similar or transferrable roles).

Working hours:                Full Time – 35 hours

This is a really exciting opportunity to start your career in the Criminal Justice sector and work as part of a Women’s organisation working with women and wanting to make a real difference to their lives.  This role is the ideal opportunity for someone who has just finished their University degree.

Advance’s Minerva CR Service provides support to women who are being supervised by London CRC (Probation service).  There are 10 CR Community keyworkers, covering 21  London boroughs, offering one-to-one community support to a maximum 950 women across the designated London boroughs, for up to 12 months depending on each woman’s need.

The Service Co-ordinator will be based at our Women’s Centre in West London and will:

  • Be responsible for checking the Minerva CJSM email & London CRC email accounts and dealing with referral allocations and queries  as appropriate;
  • Be responsible for  entering referral information on databases, case management systems and allocating new clients;
  • Be responsible for collating information for reports as necessary;
  • Work collaboratively with the Team Managers, Programme Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer in maintaining and collating information for weekly and monthly funder reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the West and North/East Regional Centre Co-ordinators where required and as necessary;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on local resources and agencies for staff;
