Job Title: Senior Service Manager – Domestic Violence

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (Depending on experience)

Work Location: Central / West London with some travel across London

Reports to : Director of VAWG Services

Benefits: 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays and discretionary 1 day for international women’s day, workplace pension.

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week according to contract terms – occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

We are looking for experienced service managers for this pivotal role which will manage and develop the services we offer to support women who have experienced domestic violence and abuse from crisis to step down and recovery. As well as ensuring existing services are running effectively, you will use your influence and work closely with our CEO, the Director of VAWG Services and Director of Business Development to develop programmes and ensure we are delivering high quality services and expanding our portfolio in innovative ways and contribute to tenders and bids.

You will have experience of strategic planning as well as operational management, and a thorough understanding of the VAWG sector having led highly motivated teams.  You will also have experience of building and managing relationships with Funders and Commissioners and demonstrate a pro-active solution focused approach as well as experience of developing and inspiring teams to deliver excellent service in a complex environment.
