Secretary to the Board of Trustees

Payment:                              £150 per meeting

Time Commitment:            Approximately 14 meetings per year

The Secretary to the Board of Trustees will:

  1. Prepare papers for Trustee meetings so that they are issued in good time to allow trustees to make proper informed decisions.
  2. Take and distribute minutes from all meetings
  3. Keep records of the Trustees work, minutes and decisions
  4. Support the Chair and CEO in managing aspects of the Board of Trustees, including the work plan and the agenda of work and actions arising, ensuring the Trustees are fully engaged and participating in their duties.

You will need to be productive, enthusiastic, friendly and efficient, able to get things done on time and pay attention to detail and with good writing skills and the ability to work well alone or within the wider Board team.
