Female* Project Manager – Diversion Project

Contract: Permanent

Salary:      Full time Equivalent – £32,000 – £34,000 per annum

                    Part Time – £25,600 to £27,200 per annum (Pro-rata )incl. London Weighting, depending on experience*

(*£25,600 paid for those with less experience; £27,200 paid for those with considerable skills and experience

in similar or transferrable roles).

Working Hours: 28 hours per week according to contract terms (4 days per week)

Work Location: Finsbury Park

As an experienced manager with a proven track record of leadership in providing services to women in the criminal justice system or similar, the post holder will develop, implement and manage the Minerva Diversion Programme. She will also work in partnership with the Metropolitan Police Service and several voluntary sector organisations and the statutory agencies of each borough.

She will be responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of the service, ensuring outcomes and impact are delivered in line with the funder requirements, as well as managing the relationship with partners and funders in delivery of this service at the required standard. She will also ensure delivery of quality systems, ensuring quality of service and safeguarding standards.  She will be responsible for recruiting, developing and managing the Diversion Keyworkers.

She will be instrumental in working alongside the Business Support Team, Programme Managers, the Director of Services and CEO in delivering high quality services.  She will develop and maintain relationships with relevant partners, especially the Metropolitan Police Service, and funders, together with the Director of Criminal Justice Services and the CEO.  She will represent the organisation and support the development of strategic plans to ensure the sustainability, development and delivery of Advance services.

As project lead, the Diversion Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and operation of the service, ensuring outcomes and impact are delivered in line with the funder requirements and managing the relationship with partners and funders in delivery of this service.
