As a result of significant growth over the past two years to £4m income and 100 staff, Advance is now able to provide vital specialist women’s services across London and in partnership on national projects.

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000

Work Location: Hammersmith, west London

As part of our small fundraising team, you will have the opportunity to apply your significant statutory and/or institutional fundraising experience and solid understanding of fundraising regulation and best practice in order to facilitate resilience and ensure sustainability and growth for the charity.

The role will be focused on both existing and new business, which includes managing and developing a pipeline of new opportunities for the organisation’s service portfolio. You will develop proposals and bids with an aim of developing high quality and innovative tender submissions. This will include writing method statements, staffing structures, models of delivery, implementation plans and all relevant PQQ/ITT requirements

Excellent at developing partnerships you will be real team player who enjoys working in a collaborative way and delivering highly creative ideas. Good at managing stakeholder relationships, you will possess strong communication, coaching and presentation skills too.

This is a full time role but for the right candidate there can be some flexibility on this.
