Job Title: *Finance Officer

Salary: £23,000 – £27,000 (Depending on experience)

Work Location: Hammersmith with some travel across London

Reports to : Finance Manager

Benefits: 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays and discretionary 1 day for international women’s day, workplace pension.

Contract: Permanent,  35 hours per week according to contract terms

The Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining all of the transaction processing and reporting to the point of trial balance, utilising QuickBooks and reporting to the Finance Manager. This includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and banking.

The role will require someone who can work flexibly and independently, with minimal supervision. The ideal person must be comfortable using accounting software and be confident and able to adapt their skills to meet the requirements of an organisation in a period of rapid growth and change.
